I want to thank you and your corporate relocation team for helping me find a place in NYC and ironically ONE IN MY PRICE RANGE! My only regret is wishing I had met you and your staff for my first place. In trying to rent direct I wasted far too much time seeing sub par places ridden with scam artists and slum lords. You were able to show me places I liked that were not even open to other brokers (sometimes even the first showing). You did not waste my time (god knows enough other brokers did). You actually spent your own time making sure you knew what I was looking for, so that when you did show me places they perfectly matched my needs. I will definitely recommend you to my other colleagues and friends as I never stop hearing the horror stories of how these other con artists/moral-less brokers handle clients. I was also quite impressed on your knowledge of the various buildings problems that would never be visible to the naked eye or during a walk through (the info they never tell you and sadly the most important). In closing I just wanted to say if not for your time and knowledge of various properties I would not be as comfortable with the place I call home today.

Finally someone who won't waste your time.
