This is deeded real estate, with ownership that entitles you to 28 indulgent days in a glamorous 2-bedroom, 3-bath residence at The St. Regis; or you can divide your time through the Interchange Program at another participating Residence Club property, such as the St. Regis Residence Club in Aspen or the Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The designated "Fixed Week" for this offering is Week 17 (April 26-May 3 in the current year) and it is guaranteed, unless you choose to exchange that week in a given year.

This expansive 2-bedroom residence affords great flexibility in its use, with the possibility to divide the space into one studio and one 1-bedroom residence if desired. As a 2-bedroom residence owner, you'll have the option to split your remaining 21 days of Float Time between the studio and the 1-bedroom. If you don't need the entire space and/or if you need more than 28 nights during a year, you can spend 21 nights in the studio section of your residence and an additional 21 nights in the 1-bedroom section, which would allow you to enjoy 42 days of Float Time in addition to your Fixed Week. Other usage options permit the owner to exchange nights for Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) or Marriott Rewards points that can be used for flights or stays at other Starwood or Marriott Hotels & Resorts around the world.
